AC Parts House collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a web site. The purchase and registration areas of our site (OnLine Shop) are secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your information. The secure site is indicated in the URL with the use of "https://", and often reflected at the bottom of your browser with a lock or key graphic.

Links
Any links to external web sites may be developed by people over whom AC Parts House exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information.

AC Parts House may present links in a format that enables us to understand whether they have been followed. We use this information to understand and improve the quality of our products and web site. For instance, this data helps us determine how popular a product is and if there is anything we can do to improve on it.

Returns
All automotive A/C parts will be warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.  For Compressors, we require that the system be flushed out properly, as well as the accumulator/ drier and expansion device be replaced.  All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase, and must include a copy of your original invoice.  Product must be in original packing and resaleable condition.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back to AC Parts House.  AC Parts House is not responsible for any mis-handling by any of our provided shipping companies (USPS, UPS, and FedEx).  If your package is not deliverd on the date indicated by any of these shippers, it is at the fault of UPS, USPS, or Fedex, and the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with them.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our main office for return instructions and a full refund.

What if my Parts Arrive Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or opened, immediately tell the driver that you are refusing the package due to damage. Do NOT accept the package. If a damaged or opened package has been left in your absence, you will have to call UPS @ 1-800-PICK-UPS or FedEx @ 1-800-GOFEDEX within 24 hours and UPS / FedEx will pick up the package at no cost to you. You have 24 hours to notify us that you received a damaged product. We will not accept responsibility for any damaged claims after 24 hours. No exceptions.

What happens if I Refuse My order?
If you refuse your order for any reason other than damage, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To ensure you receive proper credit, we must be informed of all refusals within 24 hours. If you do not contact us within 24 hours to inform us that you refused your order, your refund could take up to 6 weeks to process.

Will I have to pay a Re-Stocking Fee?

If your product is returned for any reason other than a definite error on our part, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees are not refundable for any reason.

How long do Refunds take to process?
Most returns are credited within 30 days of receipt of return. All refunds are applied in the same manner you paid (e.g., if you paid with a check, you will receive a check refund). You will receive an e-mail the day your refund is processed. Credit card refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to show up on your statement. This is beyond our control.

I installed my part, can it be returned?
All items must be in new resellable condition. We cannot accept items that have been used, installed, or disassembled.

Do you pay for damages/ labor claims?

We do not cover any expenses that occur as a result of the installation of a defective product. This includes, but is not limited to, rental car coverage, towing costs, labor, and storage fees.

If the Wrong part is shipped, who pays the return freight?
We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer.
